What is HRS Crew? 

HRS Crew is a comprehensive platform designed to automate crew accommodation and transportation according to crew scheduling systems. It allows operation teams to reach maximum efficiency, adjust bookings seamlessly according to changes and disruptions and keep track of supplier performance and crew satisfaction.

What is HRS Contract & Allotment Management System? 

The HRS Contract & Allotment Management System is the base for managing hotel allotment and transportation contracts. It digitizes supplier contracts, organizes information in an easy way to access, managing and ensuring booking accuracy. The system is fully interconnected with the HRS Crew platform, when crew journeys are created, room blocks are automatically drawn from contracted hotels allotments and transportation services are booked according to the number of crew members and available suppliers’ offerings. This ensures negotiated terms are applied, availability is accurate in real time and bookings remain compliant.

How does HRS Crew integrate with our existing crew scheduling/rostering system?

The platform connects directly with your existing scheduling or rostering system via secure API or data feed. This ensures that crew assignments, rosters and changes automatically flow into the platform allowing accommodation and transportation bookings to be always aligned with your operational schedule.

Will all bookings be handled automatically? 

Once crew assignments are received from your roster, the platform automatically books hotels and transportation accordingly. Manual intervention is only needed in very specific cases, if a supplier cannot confirm a booking automatically, scheduling conflict, overbooking or special crew requests or exceptions that fall outside standard rules.

How will I know if I need to intervene manually? 

The platform is designed to handle most bookings and changes automatically, but it also gives operations teams full visibility. You’ll be notified in real time if a situation requires manual intervention. The notifications appear in the operations dashboard tab, flagged as action needed. This ensures your team only needs to step in when necessary, keeping manual work minimal.
