My preferred hotel is not listed in the HRS meeting tool. How can I place my booking? ​

Please reach out to the HRS Support team via groups@hrs.com. We will evaluate if we can onboard your requested hotel and get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I enquire additional services (e.g. shuttles, city tours etc) via HRS meeting tool?​

No, unfortunately we do not support any additional services.

Hotel is asking me to sign an additional (paper) agreement. How do I handle this?​

Please do not sign any additional documents and reach out to the HRS Support team via groups@hrs.com. We will evaluate the situation and align next steps with you.

Can I shift my contract to a new date?​​

No, you are required to cancel the original contract and make a new booking for the new date. Please clarify with the hotel directly upfront or reach out to the HRS Support team via groups@hrs.com
