How does HRS Insurance integrate with our existing claims system?
HRS Insurance can connect to your claims system through API. The Insurance Claims Agent creates a request with the relevant case details (claim number, claimant info, property details) on the HRS Insurance platform. The HRS Team contacts the claimant to validate their accommodation requirements and define the most suitable accommodation options.

How do claimants validate the information and select an accommodation option?
Claimants receive an email with the accommodation options and make their selection or are supported by an agent via phone. As soon as the selection is made and the booking is finalized, the claimant receives confirmation and the accommodation supplier received the payment accordingly, ensuring speed and accuracy.

Can I modify the claim request?
Yes. Insurance agents can modify the request dates directly on the HRS Insurance platform. Any changes will be immediately communicated to all stakeholders and payments will be reissued accordingly.
