What is the difference between "booking" and "request for proposal"
When searching for a venue, you’ll see two options: book directly or request a proposal – depending on whether the provider has already entered full pricing information.
Booking:
If all relevant prices are available, you can book immediately. The venue will be asked to confirm availability. Once confirmed, your booking is binding – no additional coordination required.
Request for Proposal (RFP):
If pricing is not available, you can submit an RFP. The venue will then send you a tailored offer based on your needs within 48 hours. The offer remains valid until the option deadline you define. If you accept the offer within that period, the booking becomes binding.
Tip: You can request proposals from multiple hotels at once – making it easy to compare services and prices.

How do i add equipment and catering to my meeting request?
Use the “Advanced Search” to specify requirements like catering, equipment, or additional services.
Based on your input, HRS Connect will suggest relevant options, which are included directly in your request.
In edit mode, you have full control:
You can adjust quantities, add services, or include extras such as AV equipment, coffee service, or breakfast.
Price overview:
• If pricing is already available, it will be displayed immediately.
• If not, you can still request the service – the venue will include prices during the proposal process.

What meeting packages are available?
HRS Connect offers three pre-configured meeting packages:
• Half-day package (for meetings under 6 hours)
• Full-day package (for meetings 6 hours or longer)
• Full-day package + Dinner (includes dinner for longer events)
All packages include essential services such as room rental, technical equipment, catering, and beverages – bundled transparently at a fixed rate.
This saves you time and gives you full control over costs.
