支払い手順を探す
書類は予約確認メールまたはファックスに添付されています。これには、予約、HRS VCCでの支払い、許可されているサービスのリスト、請求書の詳細について知っておく必要のあるすべての情報が記載されています。サポートが必要な場合は、確認書をチェックして、該当するサポートメールアドレスを受け取ってください。
支払い処理
チェックイン/チェックアウト時に、承認された料金のみバーチャルクレジットカードに請求してください。支払い手順の各セクションに記載されています。
請求書の発行と送信
請求書を正しく発行して送付する方法の詳細については、支払い指示書をご覧ください。適切な処理と遵守を確保するためには、ホテルが指示どおりにこれらの指示に従うことが不可欠です。
どのくらいの金額を請求できますか VCC では？
VCCは、予約金額および/または許可されたサービスに対してのみ請求できます。リストに記載されていないサービスを利用した場合、旅行者は直接支払う責任を負います。不正請求はチャージバックされます。
ホテルがカードに複数回チャージすることはできますか？
VCCへの請求は最大3回まで可能ですが、予約金額および/または許可されたサービスに対してのみです。

コンプライアンス上の理由から、マスクされていないクレジットカード情報は、ホテルのPMS、チャネルマネージャー（PCI に準拠している場合）、または HRS ホテルサービスポータル経由で取得できます。 https://hotelservice.hrs.com/portal。

What is a virtual card?
A virtual card works in the same way as any other credit card except it is generated with the unique card number, expiry date, and CVV for the particular transaction and is no physical card.

How to charge the card?
The Hotel has to enter the details of the VCC inexactly the same way as they would with a physical credit card. The Credit Card Terminal needs to have the possibility to process both: Card-Not-Present (CNP) transactions & Card Present (CP) transactions.
