The HRS Crew Supplier Platform is where accommodation and transportation companies can access bookings made via HRS Crew Platform, view and download rooming lists and update email communication information.

How are crews booked?
Crew journeys are automatically created based on the company’s crew scheduling system or rostering system via a secure API. Room blocks are drawn from contracted hotels allotments and transportation services are booked according to the number of crew members and available suppliers’ offerings.

How will I receive information about bookings, changes and cancellations?
Yes. The booking information regarding new bookings, changes and cancellations will be sent via email and the crew rooming list will be available on the HRS Crew Supplier Platform.

What if the request surpasses the contracted allotment?
Bookings will follow the contracted terms. In case the client needs extra rooms, you will receive an email about this request and can accept or reject the request on the HRS Crew Supplier Platform.
