In the portal, search results may be adjusted individually: criteria specifically adjusted to your company ensure that you and your employees find the right hotel quick and easy. Travelers can also make bookings on the move – with the HRS Corporate App, all company-specific default settings are available on your travelers' smartphone. If personal assistance is required, our customer service agents will be glad to assist and are available 24 hours a day. This guarantees the best booking conditions and an efficient booking process.

Availability through TMC

HRS uses an open platform approach so corporate customers can book their hotel stays via all existing channels: HRS is the only provider to integrate hotel content into all global distribution systems (GDS), and is the world's largest hotel provider within the global distribution systems with more than five million bookable rooms. Moreover, the integration into Travel Management Companies (TMC), such as American Express, HRG, or BCD Travel, and into several Online Booking Tools (OBT) can be implemented through existing interfaces, such as Amadeus eTravel, Cytric, GetThere, or Concur.
