Since March 2008, Tobias Ragge has been CEO of the family-owned company in second generation which was founded in 1972. He joined HRS as Executive Assistant in 2004 and became Head of Marketing in 2005. Tobias Ragge has been gradually shaping the HRS Group to become the global market leader for business travel and is strategically developing the different business units: In the portal business, HRS is among the top 3 European hotel booking portals. Furthermore, Ragge established an additional business unit called HRS Global Hotel Solutions which offers large corporations a holistic business process outsourcing approach to manage global hotel programs. By now, HRS serves over 2,500 multinational clients such as Google, Alibaba, Huawei, Toyota, Siemens and VW. The third business unit, HRS Destination Solutions, has been built since 2013 and has become the market leading technology expert in the German speaking countries for destination management solutions. Since his promotion to become the CEO in 2008, Tobias Ragge transformed the HRS Group into a global company with over 1,500 employees working in 34 offices worldwide. The HRS Group’s head quarter is located in Cologne, Germany. Tobias Ragge studied International Business Administration at the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel, Germany. After successfully completing his studies and receiving his degree in Business Administration, he started his professional career in 2002 at Deutsche Lufthansa AG, Europe’s leading airline. Within the corporation, he worked for the airline Lufthansa Passage in the units CRM and Corporate Strategy, as well as for the subsidiary Lufthansa Cargo in the area of alliance management in Atlanta, USA. He is a well-recognized speaker at global conferences and was awarded with the “Travel Industry Manager 2012” title by the Travel Industry Club Germany. In 2014 and 2016, Tobias Ragge was recognized by the BTN Group as one of the 25 most influential executives in the business travel industry. The BTN Group is the leading provider of news and information serving the business travel industry.
Vice President Americas
As Vice President-Americas since 2015, Suzanne Neufang is general manager and oversees B2B solution sales, marketing and consulting in North, Central and South America. Under her watch, HRS opened offices in New York City, Dallas, and San Francisco - adding several Fortune 100 accounts to HRS’s customer base — and has grown Latin America business dramatically with her team based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Her experience spans 20+ years in e-commerce and software–as–a–service across travel, tech, telecommunications and media industries. Prior to HRS, Suzanne was Chief Marketing Officer of Intuit's Professional Tax Group. And before that, she served for 8 years in various leadership roles at Sabre GetThere, including 3 years as president, overseeing global growth, product innovation, operations and customer/traveler engagement in the global corporate online travel and collaboration arenas. In addition, she has also held leadership roles at Travelocity and Verizon. She is a former president of the Association of Corporate Travel Executives and continues to serve on ACTE’s global board of directors. She holds an M.A. from the University of Hawaii–Manoa, and a B.A. from Minot State University in North Dakota. She and her husband live in New York City and have two grown sons.
Vice President Global Solutions
In his current role for HRS, Jason Long has full responsibility for the strategic partnerships with indirect partners such as OBTs, GDSs & TMCs. Prior to HRS, Jason Long has held a variety of senior management positions within the travel and technology sectors. Most recently for Amadeus IT Group, Jason had the responsibility for expanding the Amadeus Corporations business globally. In this role, he led an international commercial team that maintained the Amadeus global partnerships with the leading global TMCs, in addition to managing the direct sales, account management & business development teams. Jason Long holds a B.Eng in Electronic Engineering from King’s College, University of London, and an MBA from the IEDE Business School Madrid.
Vice President Asia Pacific
As Vice President of HRS in Asia Pacific, Kimi Jiang, oversees all Asia Pacific offices and business growth of key regional markets including Greater China, Japan, India, Korea and Singapore. Kimi has creatively contributed to the establishment of HRS R&D Center in Asia Pacific to accelerate the development and upgrading of new products, boosting new technologies, such as AI, to apply in the business travel industry. Kimi also initiated the HRS Corporate Travel Forum (CTF) – an industry event for corporate travel management since 2013. Before joining HRS, she worked for the top hotel groups such as the Hyatt and Four Seasons in Paris, Tokyo and Shanghai. Kimi is a graduate of the prestigious Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne, Switzerland and further studied at the INSEAD, France. She is also proficient in Chinese, English and Japanese.
Lukasz Dabrowski: Senior Vice President Hotel Solutions, Member of the Board HRS Group.
Currently overseeing the global Hotel Solutions organization. Responsible for the worldwide supply network of HRS Group, including direct relations, connectivity partnerships, as well as the Global Intelligent Sourcing program. Since 2016, Lukasz has been a member of the GBTA (Global Business Travel Association) Industry Advisory Council. Speaker and panelist at the Business Travel Show, Global Lodging Forum, ACTE, GBTA, Corporate Travel Forums, and other industry events worldwide. Lukasz is an international travel and hospitality industry expert with over 20 years of experience composed of long-term residential assignments in Germany, Poland, France, Greece, the United Kingdom, as well as project work in North America. He joined HRS Group in 2010 as General Director for the office in Warsaw, with responsibility for the Central-Eastern European region. Lukasz successfully executed the business development mission, achieving a leading position in the market and building up efficient commercial and operational structures in CEE, including the Warsaw IT Development Center of HRS Group. Between 1997 and 2010, Lukasz was associated with Marriott International as Director of Sales and Marketing and was a member of executive committees in multiple European destinations.
Vice President Europe, Middle East & Africa
Chris Crowley started with HRS in August 2018, overseeing sales and account management across the region where HRS has its deepest roots. An accomplished industry speaker and mentor, Crowley has worked in the managed travel industry for 25 years. He is a former president of the Association of Corporate Travel Executives (ACTE), and has a wealth of relationships with a track record of sales success.
Before joining HRS, Mr. Crowley spent a decade in global leadership roles with BCD Travel. Prior to his last leadership role in EMEA, he directed sales initiatives targeting the largest multi-national clients in the Asia-Pacific and EMEA regions, winning clients representing more than $3 billion in annual travel volume. Mr. Crowley is also well-versed in addressing cross-continental issues with North America-based hotel programs that typically spend more with global hotel chains.
In addition to his volunteer service with ACTE, Mr. Crowley recently joined the Board of the Institute of Travel Management (ITM) as a supplier director.
As CHRO, Dr Michael Rademacher heads up the HR Department of the HRS Group, ensuring that the Group's organisational matters, HR and business strategy are perfectly aligned. Dr Michael Rademacher has comprehensive business coach and management experience in the areas of business transformation, organisational development and human resources. Before HRS, he worked as Global Head of HR and Organization at the e-commerce company Westwing Home & Living. Furthermore, he spent several years with management consultancy service McKinsey. He studied business administration at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt and obtained a doctorate from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg.
