Since March 2008, Tobias Ragge has been CEO of the family-owned company in second generation which was founded in 1972. He joined HRS as Executive Assistant in 2004 and became Head of Marketing in 2005. Tobias Ragge has been gradually shaping the HRS Group to become the global market leader for business travel and is strategically developing the different business units: In the portal business, HRS is among the top 3 European hotel booking portals. Furthermore, Ragge established an additional business unit called HRS Global Hotel Solutions which offers large corporations a holistic business process outsourcing approach to manage global hotel programs. By now, HRS serves over 2,500 multinational clients such as Google, Alibaba, Huawei, Toyota, Siemens and VW. The third business unit, HRS Destination Solutions, has been built since 2013 and has become the market leading technology expert in the German speaking countries for destination management solutions. Since his promotion to become the CEO in 2008, Tobias Ragge transformed the HRS Group into a global company with over 1,500 employees working in 34 offices worldwide. The HRS Group’s head quarter is located in Cologne, Germany. Tobias Ragge studied International Business Administration at the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel, Germany. After successfully completing his studies and receiving his degree in Business Administration, he started his professional career in 2002 at Deutsche Lufthansa AG, Europe’s leading airline. Within the corporation, he worked for the airline Lufthansa Passage in the units CRM and Corporate Strategy, as well as for the subsidiary Lufthansa Cargo in the area of alliance management in Atlanta, USA. He is a well-recognized speaker at global conferences and was awarded with the “Travel Industry Manager 2012” title by the Travel Industry Club Germany.Mr. Ragge has been recognized by the USA-based BTN Group as one of the 25 most influential executives in business travel three times, most recently in 2018 The BTN Group is the leading provider of news and information serving the business travel industry.
Vice President Global Solutions
Jason Long is Vice President of Global Business Development at HRS, responsible for expanding HRS sales worldwide. He leads a global team of sales and business travel experts, targeting multi-national corporations with significant lodging expenditures.
Prior to joining HRS in 2012, Mr. Long held various management positions in the travel and technology industries. He worked with the Amadeus IT Group, where he was responsible for the global expansion of Amadeus’ corporate business. In this role, Mr. Long led an international commercial team overseeing Amadeus' global partnerships with leading global TMCs. He was also responsible for managing Amadeus’ direct sales, account management and business development teams. Before Amadeus, Mr. Long held account management and sales roles with mCentric (mobile applications) and Nortel Networks (communications).
Jason Long holds a Bachelor's degree in Technical Engineering from King's College, University of London, and an MBA from IEDE Business School in Madrid.
Lukasz Dabrowski: Senior Vice President Hotel Solutions, Member of the Board HRS Group.
Currently overseeing the global Hotel Solutions organization. Responsible for the worldwide supply network of HRS Group, including direct relations, connectivity partnerships, as well as the Global Intelligent Sourcing program. Since 2016, Lukasz has been a member of the GBTA (Global Business Travel Association) Industry Advisory Council. Speaker and panelist at the Business Travel Show, Global Lodging Forum, ACTE, GBTA, Corporate Travel Forums, and other industry events worldwide. Lukasz is an international travel and hospitality industry expert with over 20 years of experience composed of long-term residential assignments in Germany, Poland, France, Greece, the United Kingdom, as well as project work in North America. He joined HRS Group in 2010 as General Director for the office in Warsaw, with responsibility for the Central-Eastern European region. Lukasz successfully executed the business development mission, achieving a leading position in the market and building up efficient commercial and operational structures in CEE, including the Warsaw IT Development Center of HRS Group. Between 1997 and 2010, Lukasz was associated with Marriott International as Director of Sales and Marketing and was a member of executive committees in multiple European destinations.
