Since March 2008, Tobias Ragge has been managing the second-generation, family-owned company. He joined HRS as Executive Assistant in 2004 and became Head of Marketing in 2005. Since then, he has been gradually expanding the hotel portal in an international direction, while continuing to strengthen its market position and launching new services for corporate customers. Tobias Ragge also uses innovative solutions to set new standards in the field of mobile bookings. Tobias Ragge studied international business administration at the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel, Germany. After successfully completing his studies and receiving his degree in business administration, he began his professional career in 2002 at Lufthansa, Europe’s leading airline. There he was involved in CRM and in the restructuring of continental traffic, as well as in the area of alliance management in Atlanta, USA. He is a well-recognized speaker at global conferences and was awarded with the Travel Manager of the year title in 2012 by the Travel Industry Club Germany. Mr. Ragge has been recognized by the USA-based BTN Group as one of the 25 most influential executives in business travel three times, most recently in 2018. The BTN Group is the leading provider of news and information serving the business travel industry.
Vice President Global Solutions
In his current role for HRS, Jason Long has full responsibility for the strategic partnerships with indirect partners such as OBTs, GDSs & TMCs. Prior to HRS, Jason has held a variety of senior management positions within the travel and technology sectors. Most recently for Amadeus IT Group, Jason Long had the responsibility for expanding the Amadeus Corporations business globally. In this role he led an international commercial team that maintained the Amadeus global partnerships with the leading global TMCs, in addition to managing the direct sales, account management & business development teams. Jason Long holds a B.Eng in Electronic Engineering from King’s College, University of London and a M.B.A. from the IEDE of Madrid.
Vice President Asia Pacific
As Vice President of HRS in Asia Pacific, Kimi Jiang, oversees all Asia Pacific offices and business growth of key regional markets including Greater China, Japan, India, Korea and Singapore. Kimi has creatively contributed to the establishment of HRS R&D Center in Asia Pacific to accelerate the development and upgrading of new products, boosting new technologies, such as AI, to apply in the business travel industry. Kimi also initiated the HRS Corporate Travel Forum (CTF) – an industry event for corporate travel management since 2013. Before joining HRS, she worked for the top hotel groups such as the Hyatt and Four Seasons in Paris, Tokyo and Shanghai. Kimi is a graduate of the prestigious Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne, Switzerland and further studied at the INSEAD, France. She is also proficient in Chinese, English and Japanese.
Vice President Americas
Her professional background spans 20+ years in e-commerce and software-as-a-service across travel, software, telecommunications and media industries. Suzanne was Chief Marketing Officer of Intuit's Professional Tax Group. Prior to that, she was President of GetThere and Sabre Virtual Meetings, overseeing global business growth, innovation, operations and customer engagement in the corporate online travel and collaboration arenas for 3 years. Previously, Suzanne served as chief marketing officer for GetThere, VP of corporate segment strategy for Sabre Travel Network and VP-Product & Marketing for Travelocity Business. Suzanne also led product management for Travelocity's vacation packages and cruise product lines. She holds a master’s degree in communications from the University of Hawaii-Manoa, and a bachelor’s degree in broadcasting and foreign languages from Minot State University in North Dakota.
Senior Vice President Hotel Solutions, Member of the Board HRS Group
Currently overseeing the global Hotel Solutions organisation (400 experts across 50 international markets). Responsible for the worldwide supply network (350,000 chain and individual hotel partners in 190 countries) of HRS Group, including direct relations, connectivity partnerships as well as the Global Intelligent Sourcing programme. Since 2016 Lukasz has been a member of the GBTA (Global Business Travel Association) Industry Advisory Council. Speaker and panellist at Business Travel Show, Global Lodging Forum, ACTE, GBTA, Corporate Travel Forums and other industry events worldwide. Lukasz is an international travel and hospitality industry expert with over 20 years of experience composed of long-term residential assignments in Germany, Poland, France, Greece, United Kingdom as well as project work in North America. He joined HRS Group in 2010 as General Director for the office in Warsaw, with responsibility for the Central-Eastern European region. Lukasz successfully executed the business development mission, achieving a leading position in the market and building up efficient commercial and operational structures in CEE, including the Warsaw IT Development Centre of HRS Group. Between 1997 and 2010 associated with Marriott International as Director of Sales and Marketing and member of executive committees in multiple European destinations.
Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
As CHRO, Dr Michael Rademacher heads up the HR Department of the HRS Group, ensuring that the Group's organisational matters, HR and business strategy are perfectly aligned. Dr Michael Rademacher has comprehensive business coach and management experience in the areas of business transformation, organisational development and human resources. Before HRS, he worked as Global Head of HR and Organization at the e-commerce company Westwing Home & Living. Furthermore, he spent several years with management consultancy service McKinsey. He studied business administration at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt and obtained a doctorate from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg.
Vice President Europe, Middle East & Africa
Chris Crowley started with HRS in August 2018, overseeing sales and account management across the region where HRS has its deepest roots. An accomplished industry speaker and mentor, Crowley has worked in the managed travel industry for 25 years. He is a former president of the Association of Corporate Travel Executives (ACTE), and has a wealth of relationships with a track record of sales success.
Before joining HRS, Mr. Crowley spent a decade in global leadership roles with BCD Travel. Prior to his last leadership role in EMEA, he directed sales initiatives targeting the largest multi-national clients in the Asia-Pacific and EMEA regions, winning clients representing more than $3 billion in annual travel volume. Mr. Crowley is also well-versed in addressing cross-continental issues with North America-based hotel programs that typically spend more with global hotel chains.
In addition to his volunteer service with ACTE, Mr. Crowley recently joined the Board of the Institute of Travel Management (ITM) as a supplier director.
