Tobias Ragge

Since March 2008, Tobias Ragge has been managing the second-generation, family-owned company. He joined HRS as Executive Assistant in 2004 and became Head of Marketing in 2005. Since then, he has been gradually expanding the hotel portal in an international direction, while continuing to strengthen its market position and launching new services for corporate customers. Tobias Ragge also uses innovative solutions to set new standards in the field of mobile bookings. Tobias Ragge studied international business administration at the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel, Germany. After successfully completing his studies and receiving his degree in business administration, he began his professional career in 2002 at Lufthansa, Europe’s leading airline. There he was involved in CRM and in the restructuring of continental traffic, as well as in the area of alliance management in Atlanta, USA. He is a well-recognized speaker at global conferences and was awarded with the Travel Manager of the year title in 2012 by the Travel Industry Club Germany. In December 2014, Tobias Ragge was recognized by the BTN Group as one of the 25 most influential executives in the business travel industry of 2014. The BTN Group is the leading provider of news and information serving the business travel industry.

In his current role for HRS, Jason Long has full responsibility for the strategic partnerships with indirect partners such as OBTs, GDSs & TMCs. Prior to HRS, Jason Long has held a variety of senior management positions within the travel and technology sectors. Most recently for Amadeus IT Group, Jason Long had the responsibility for expanding the Amadeus Corporations business globally. In this role he led an international commercial team that maintained the Amadeus global partnerships with the leading global TMCs, in addition to managing the direct sales, account management & business development teams. Jason Long holds a B.Eng in Electronic Engineering from King’s College, University of London and a M.B.A. from the IEDE of Madrid.

Flavio Ghiringhelli

Flavio Ghiringhelli joined HRS in September 2012. Prior to his position as Vice President of Corporate Solutions for the regions Western, Southern & Eastern Europe, he was the Managing Director of HRS Italia. Moreover, he is a member of Consiglio Direttivo di Federviaggio. Mr Ghiringhelli has extensive experience in the travel industry. After his Master's degree in the field of General Management, he attended the management school SDA Bocconi in Milan.
 Afterwards, he worked as Sales Director for Italy at easyJet, as General Director of Same Italy s.r.l (Meridiana Group), as Distribution Director at Alitalia, as Sales Manager and head of the e-commerce department e-Travel Italia at Amadeus Italia S.p.A. and as Vice President Sales at Gialloviaggi.it S.p.A.

Ms. Kimi Jiang is Vice President Asia Pacific and Managing Director China of HRS. She plays a leadership role in the market expansion for corporate travel service and the broaden coverage of product distribution network in China. Ms. Jiang was appointed to the expert panel of China Travel & Meetings Industry Awards in 2014 by M&C China magazine. And as a member in ACTE, she works hard to promote travel industry development in Asia Pacific. Before joining HRS, she worked for the top hotel groups such as the Hyatt and Four Seasons in Paris, Tokyo and Shanghai. She graduated from Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne, Switzerland and speaks Chinese, English and Japanese.

Suzanne Neufang

Her professional background spans 20+ years in e-commerce and software-as-a-service across travel, software, telecommunications and media industries. Suzanne was Chief Marketing Officer of Intuit's Professional Tax Group. Prior to that, she was President of GetThere and Sabre Virtual Meetings, overseeing global business growth, innovation, operations and customer engagement in the corporate online travel and collaboration arenas for 3 years. Previously, Suzanne served as chief marketing officer for GetThere, VP of corporate segment strategy for Sabre Travel Network and VP-Product & Marketing for Travelocity Business. Suzanne also led product management for Travelocity's vacation packages and cruise product lines. She holds a master’s degree in communications from the University of Hawaii-Manoa, and a bachelor’s degree in broadcasting and foreign languages from Minot State University in North Dakota.

Currently overseeing the global Hotel Solutions organisation (400 experts across 50 international markets). Responsible for the worldwide supply network (350,000 chain and individual hotel partners in 190 countries) of HRS Group, including direct relations, connectivity partnerships as well as the Global Intelligent Sourcing programme. Since 2016 Lukasz has been a member of the GBTA (Global Business Travel Association) Industry Advisory Council. Speaker and panellist at Business Travel Show, Global Lodging Forum, ACTE, GBTA, Corporate Travel Forums and other industry events worldwide. Lukasz is an international travel and hospitality industry expert with over 20 years of experience composed of long-term residential assignments in Germany, Poland, France, Greece, United Kingdom as well as project work in North America. He joined HRS Group in 2010 as General Director for the office in Warsaw, with responsibility for the Central-Eastern European region. Lukasz successfully executed the business development mission, achieving a leading position in the market and building up efficient commercial and operational structures in CEE, including the Warsaw IT Development Centre of HRS Group. Between 1997 and 2010 associated with Marriott International as Director of Sales and Marketing and member of executive committees in multiple European destinations.

Dr Michael Rademacher

As CHRO, Dr Michael Rademacher heads up the HR Department of the HRS Group, ensuring that the Group's organisational matters, HR and business strategy are perfectly aligned. Dr Michael Rademacher has comprehensive business coach and management experience in the areas of business transformation, organisational development and human resources. Before HRS, he worked as Global Head of HR and Organization at the e-commerce company Westwing Home & Living. Furthermore, he spent several years with management consultancy service McKinsey. He studied business administration at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt and obtained a doctorate from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg.

Andy Besent

Andy Besent is Managing Director of HRS in the UK and Ireland with a focus on corporate travel and building effective partnerships to create industry-leading solutions for travel buyers. The former Sales Director at Travelodge and with previous senior sales roles at InterContinental Hotels Groups and Guoman & Thistle Hotels brings more than 20 years of experience in sales and a proven track record in the hospitality industry. 


Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Hans Fabian, as CIO of HRS Group, is responsible for the areas of Product Development and Technology within the company. Among other things, he is in charge of driving forward transformation within the Product Development department. Hans Fabian has extensive knowledge of IT management and business transformation. He was selected by German IT magazines "Computerwoche" and "CIO Magazine" as one of the Top 10 CIOs of the year in 2015. Prior to HRS, he held the post of CIO at Schufa Holding AG as well as at the General Electric subsidiary, Capital IT, and was also in leading roles with Deutsche Post DHL. Following his time at PricewaterhouseCoopers, he can also contribute a great deal of consulting experience, Hans Fabian studied business administration at the University of Cologne.
